Safety, Tolerability, and Effect of Food on the Pharmacokinetics of Iloperidone (HP 873), a Potential Atypical Antipsychotic

Stephen M. Sainati MD, PhD, John W. Hubbard PhD, Eric Chi PhD, Kenneth Grasing MD, and Martin B. Brecher MD, DMSc

The original Table I in the article "Safety, Tolerability, and Effect of Food onthe Pharmacokinetics of Iloperidone (HP 873), a Potential Atypical Antipsychotic" by Sainati et al (J Clin Pharmacol 1995;35:713-720) is being replaced with the following table because the values were incorrectly labeled as IC50s when they were, in fact, Ki values calculated in a different manner. These Ki values did not agree with previously published data (Kis for activity at D2 and 5HT2 receptors) from our group (Corbett et al, Pharmacol Biochem Behav 1993;45:9-17). The Ki values for D2 and 5HT2 receptors are from Corbett et al 1993 and the correct alpha1 adrenoceptor Kis, which have not been previously published.
