Problems in New-Drug Development: Therapeutic Agents for Ventricular Arrhythmias

Deborah L. Keefe MD, FCP, Stewart J. Ehrreich PhD, and Barrie Levitt MD, FCP

The Figure that appeared in the article "Problems in New Drug Development: Therapeutic Agents for Ventricular Arrhythmias" (Keefe DL, Ehrreich SJ, Levitt B, J Clin Pharmacol 1986;26:562-566) should have been credited to the following source: "Guidelines for the Clinical Evaluation of Anti-arrhythmic Drugs." These guidelines were distributed at the Cardiovascular and Renal Drugs Advisory Committee Meeting of the Food and Drug Administration, July 26, 1985. The guidelines were written by Drs. Raymond Woosley, Joel Morganroth, and Leonard Horowitz, and reviewed by Dr. Ray Lipicky. The Figure was also distributed and discussed by its authors and their colleagues at the "Symposium on New Drugs and Devices," October 17, 1985, in Philadelphia.
